A great evening was spent with Cab and Christal the other day... enjoyed ourselves at Ding Tai Fung! I love the student meal they're having now! $9.80 for a drink, 3 xiao long bao and a choice of fried rice or any noodles! woohoo~~ After filling our stomachs with the sumptuous dinner, of course we need to have retail therapy to lift our poor spirits up since we've been so miserable for the past 2 weeks! Both of them got heels and sandals but I end up with nothing! *act-cute pout*

Once the clock strikes 7, its time for kboxing(term grabbed from eve)! We finally, and I seriously mean FINALLY, we made it! We've been talking about a kbox get-together since the 1st semester!!!! Yes, please worship our procrastinating skills!

Chris really sound like Jolin!!! and Cab definitely can handle guys' songs well! cab - actually ur vocal range very broad leh..... hmpf....
To think back... its really amazing how 3 of us can get along so well... different religion, different background, different size! haha we got XS, M and XL! BWAHAAHAAHAHAA

We definitely had a great time that nite! It was a nite with overloading information! Lots of secrets exchange that we keep reminding ourselves "KEEP EVERYTHING WITHIN THIS ROOM!" haha... Look forward to our next get-together!

Jas's birthday was celebrated in a simple way, yet very exciting! We went to Cineleisure, had dinner st Cafe Cartel, followed by some shopping and then watched an exciting show! I personally like the twist in the story a lot, i love movies with a good plot! And seriously, Eve, who is supposed to 'protect' Yu, actually cringed in fear together!!!

After movie, we actually went to take neoprint! BWAHAHHAHAHAH We had such a busy time in there taking pictures, and editing pictures, not to mention a huge time was spent laughing hysterically in there! Walau if I'm the shop attendant I confirm angry with this bunch of siao char bo lor!!!

I am no longer who I am

Reflections for GESL, reflections for DCM, reflections for SBA, reflections after reflections... But, when was the last time you had reflections of yourself?

I realised I am no longer like who I was 4 years ago. We had our happiest times 4 years ago. We used to be so loving, because we experienced the feeling of gaining back something so precious that we lost before. I was then a girl with a very kind heart, so kind that I even helped a snail crossed its path, because I'm afraid a cyclist or someone inconsiderate will step on it and crush it to death. I used to be someone who was cheerful and friendly, always cracking jokes with others, someone who was always there for him, whenever he feels down.

But I have changed. I have become such a monster. I snatch seats on the mrt (because I have gained so much weight, and my legs hurt everytime i stand long), I talk bad things about people in front of them so loudly (thinking that they should know their own bad points so that they can change them), I have such a black heart now, I get easily irritated when people knock onto me or whatever. I've become so intolerant, impatient, easily-agitated person. I have gained so much weight and I have a fucking humongous tummy in me that people think I am pregnant. I have lost all my self confidence. I feel like shit now.

I used to ask him this, "What do you like in me?"
He said, "You have a kind heart, and very caring towards others."
I asked him this just now, "After being together for so many years, do you still think there is beauty in me?"
He asked "how do you define beauty?"
I said, " it might not be in terms of looks, maybe the heart or anything"
He said, "erm... yes ba"

I dunno what he really thinks, but I think that is a default answer. He seems not able to tell me if I am still attractive to him in any way. I personally think I have become such a failure in life. I have become such a bad and evil person. I feel bad inside me. I think I will get my retribution soon. Who knows I have already got my retribution? for having this terrible fucking big belly of mine, and that he can no longer hug me by my waist with one hand. I am so useless.

An unforgettable experience

It was an unforgettable moment, and I know, the moments of my solo performance @ the Esplanade will always stay in my heart. The feeling, when I am right under the spotlight, everyone kept quiet, and just listen, really listen to me. certainly felt good, especially, my whole family was there. =) Those who've watched I Not Stupid 2, my parents are exactly like Jack Neo. For all my performances of my past till now, they have never seen it. They have not attended any of my performances. They seriously dont know I can sing. This is the first time my whole family came down to support me, and I felt great. =)

It definitely was a memorable experience. And of cos the different places that audience will never get to see. From the crew entrance, to the make up room, to the back stage, and to the stage. I will never forget this experience, and I am thankful, that I can tell my children next time that Mummy actually performed at the Humungous Durian before.

And it was until Eve dear mentioned, that I was in all 3 teams i.e. Choir, Acapella and Sing & Strum. Then I realised I was in all 3!!! Guess wat... I am the ONLY ONE in the whole whole team that presented all 3 teams! OMG!!! I get so much exposure! hahahaha I'm surprised, and happy of course.

OMG I'm so nervous!!! The performance is just 7 hours away!!! argh someone pls stab me!!!! Just like wat I told the girls, I reckon I will tremble when I walk to stage, with the pianist and audiences waiting for me! Once I tremble, my voice will tremble, then I cant hit the high notes, will go off key and sound breathless!!! Duh!

I definitely feel better after seeing all these messages! BUT, I'm still scared! bwahahahaha! And to make things worse, my rashes all came out today. =( Hai, really unlucky lor...

Anyway, I personally think today is a day that will mark down an impt part in my memory in the future =) My guy keep saying "How many opportunities does one normal person have, to perform a solo piece at Esplanade?" and that makes me ponder about it, and to tell myself to cherish tonight. =) I'm very glad all my closest family and friends will be here, except my sec sch pals... Eve, Jas, Wanyu, Cab & beau, Enen, Weijian, Ade, Eddie, my guy, his family, and my family. Not forgetting how Wanyu attempted to help me, by offering me her black dress. She even brought it to her chalet, but due to unforseen circumstances, I cant meet her up to see the dress, and haf to trouble her to bring it home again. =( Sorry dear!

Argh~ after saying all these I start to feel I'm really lucky, to have all these people behind me! I LOVE YOU! *mega hugz* and to thank all of you, I will put up a pic of myself (for the 1st time) on my blog! Haha (as if pple wanna see!)

I'm so touched...

Was referred to the National Skin Centre today. They said I have very serious Feng Mo. I was horrified by how I look when i woke up this morning. The red patches have spread to my whole body. My scalp, face, neck, body, hands, legs all have red swollen patches.

Its very itchy and painful... and i think my immune system is very low now too... sian... whole body aching maciam did lots of exercise... and I feel so weak! Keep sleeping... and i'm so sad too! the pple see me on the streets look at me as if I got HIV or wat loh.... haiz.... I look horrible lah...

But great things happen today too!

I realised there were many great friends around me, and they really make me feel very touched. I would like to thank all of you for:

Cabrina - the constant smses to check that I'm ok, and helping me take notes.

Christal - helping me take notes and worksheets in class.

Evelyn - the constant smses, and dont mind teaching me wat I missed in class, and even lend me your tutorial answers.

Jasmine - volunteering to lend me all your lecture notes and photocopy your tutorials, and even suggested the "satay fan".

Wanyu - calling your dad and check out what I should not do, what i should not eat, and the constant reminders to drink more water.

=) these maybe simple gestures, but to me they are acts of selflessness. This incident made me feel so touched that I have such kind frenz around. And it definitely makes me cherish our friendship even more. Thanks babies! =) *MEGA HUG HUG*

A great Pre-CNY celebration

Mischelle, Clarissa and I have been telling one another "eh lets have cup noodles together tonite for supper!" but it has been delayed again and again due to clar's super late nite TKD sessions, shell's never-ending LoveBites meeting, and me falling asleep early everytime.

So on Tuesday (we failed to eat supper together AGAIN), we promised each other that we are gonna eat 'Tuan Yuan Mian' (reunion cup noodle supper) together on Wednesday(last nite la) by hook or by crook to celebrate CNY!

haha during my meeting in school, I suddenly recalled Jess has a hotplate at her room! Then thoughts link here link there, and that triggered me to sms Clar n Shell that maybe we should just have steamboat for reunion dinner! bwahaahaahaa

Clar was obviously excited about the hotplate! So we have confirmed that we shall eat Reunion Steamboat Dinner. After meeting Angela accompanied me to Nanyang Supermarket to get the ingredients, grabbed all the stuff that I want and hurry back to hall.

By then it was around 9pm already, we actually wanted to eat at their room, but afraid that their room will smell after that, so we finalised that we should just eat at the corridor n block everyones' way! Bwahaaha so Shell and I were busy preparing the food and the hotplate conscientiously, while waiting for dear Clar to come back...

Waited till 10+ finally see her lo....by then we were so hungry liao! Argh! we wasted no time and immediately get our rice and eat steamboat! Yay!

Even though the food was not very fantastic, I enjoyed it a lot! Nice breeze and cooling weather, Nice company, simple and very "home" food. I definitely cherish these simple yet wonderful moments that make my hall life so memorable! =)

Finally its the end of the week! Went to meet Eggs @ JP right after lessons and had dinner. After that we went to Bugis village cos I gonna have my brows done! Tmr's the performance and my voice sux now. its coarse and my throat is terribly dry. I dun expect I will do well tmr, but i just pray i wont go out of tune. Duh. Eve, you better dun laugh or make funny faces or else i see u i think i will just burst out laughing on stage loh~~~

Back to Bugis village... so after my brows are done we went shopping around... OMG we found these super cute hp accessories! Hehe he bought 1 for himself, as well as 1 for me! We call them Da tou... cos it has a big head and a small body. so cute! shall take pic soon!

Then we proceeded to Bugis parco Kino to get his fav mag. Shopped around hoping to find nice new year clothes but to no avail. Aiyah but I'm so glad also la! The other day I managed to buy a pair of crops and 2 tshirts! I'm so freaking happy cos I thought I cant fit into them lo!!! One from Guess (yes, I can wear their L! Bwahaahahahaha) and the other from Dorothy Perkins. Woohoo, this year's new year attire shall be casual and comfortable. My favorite Xmas pressie this year was from him. I was soooo caught by surprise can.... It's a pair of Birkenstocks!!! my goodness.... so nice, he definitely know the designs I'll like! =)

So more or less my new year attire will be like this:

So shop to no avail... then we went to this new "shopping centre" opposite Bugis Breadtalk - The Icon. OMG its like the chinese saying, "The sparrow has all its organs complete despite its small size".

Eve! we MUST go there!!! lots of cute stuffs and nice clothes! most importantly... theres this BIGGEST DISCOVERY OF THE DAY! There is this manicure shop, and their charges are like so freaking cheap!!!

Fun before school really starts...

Went Partyworld with Mischelle and Clarissa for ktv session the other day... Its actually a long-ago-planned-session-but-we-failed-to-meet thingy. We said we wanted to go since before exams last sem! bwahahaaha so finally we managed to go before school really starts la... or else no chance to go liao...

So we braved through the rain and finally went to Partyworld at Clementi... Here comes the irritating part. When we were at the counter, we asked the person to calculate the different charges if we use voucher or package. So obviously he said voucher is cheaper and will cost around 30+. Ok we went to the room, had fun singing!

Mischelle hoh... aiyoh really very princessy girl girl! always choose the cute cute high pitched songs... bwahaaahaa then we sang some duets of fan wei qi and other girls... Clar even said we were like lesbians! haha... oh talkin about Clar, I really love her husky voice... damn sexy can! especially that Zhang Hui Mei song too bad I forgot the song name... and she doesnt sing with the "fake-voice" (i dunnoe the correct term la)so I'm really amazed! She's also a Sun Yan Zi fanatic... keep singing her songs haha... eh girl, I try to see if my uncle can get the Sun Yan Zi concert tickets...

Argh... I reallllly hate the rain..............

A New Year

New Year's celebration was not that spectacular. Initially, we planned to go camping on Xmas Eve just like the past years... but it was raining lions and tigers so we decided to postpone the camp to New year's eve. But I dunno wats wrong...it stormed on both holidays! New Year's eve was raining lions and tigers too! So we cancelled it, and had bbq at home instead.

My New Year Resolutions:
1. Get a driving license
2. Better results
3. Save more money
4. Stay healthy and happy


I can't think of anymore! shucks! I'm such a boring person. Bwahahhahaha I'm rather free this week as school just started so only Math classes... My fridays are terrible... all the way till 530! Bleahhhh....But i'm happy that I have many fun activities engaged in Hall... events, performances, practices, rehearsals... I LIKE! =P

JIVAS 3RD OUTING - Manicure / Pedicure Session

Yesterday was our TAI TAI day, busy having mancure & pedicure session! Bwahahaha initially was horrible cos we went to that place only to find out that branch is no longer providing such services!!! I immediately called the person I made appointment with, and she told me its the 1st branch... at Bencoolen... so aiyah, very turn off! But we still walked there and reached within 15 minutes =)

So, we reached Bencoolen, hunt around for the shop, and finally found it. Apparently Steph got even more excited hehe! We clarified about the costs, then choose colors... Eve and Steph did the Premiere Mani & Pedi, whereas I did the Premiere Pedi only... who to blame? I'm going to camp with Eggs to celebrate Xmas,and how am I gonna pitch the tent with my handicapped hands!?!?

Eve wanted French for her hands, and chose another girly pink color for her toes.. argh I'm picturing Eve with the horrendous Zi-Luo-Cha striking purple nails! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Stephy chose a shimmering brown for both her hands and feet! At first I chose a darker brown, but end up choosing the same color as Steph's!

After choosing the colors, the session started... we positioned ourselves comfortably on the "massage" chair, soak our feet in the honey bath with "ccjou"(i don't know how to spell!!!) bath salts. I turned over and look at Steph, she looks EXACTLY like a Taitai cos 1 staff is attending to her feet, and another doing her nails, n the point is, she showed me that I'm-a-taitai-and-I'm-enjoying-my-manicure face!!! *pengz*

There was this part when the girl started scraping off the dead skin on our soles with a blade-like tool. Steph totally gross Eve and I out when she saw the dead skin and told us "PARMESAN CHEESE!!!!!" WALAU...that was gross!!!

Eventful weekend!

Went to Victoria's Secrets warehouse sale on Saturday! I must say I'm kinda disappointed cos the variety is very limited. I only bought 1 bra and 1 camisole set! Luckily Nike was having sale too... Bought 1 sports bra, and 2 sleeveless basketball shirts for Eggs and my Dad. Oh ya, not to forget helping Stephy dear get her "hooong serrr" sports bra. BWAHAHAHA.

Later in the evening, Eggs and I went to my cousin's 21st birthday celebration @ Downtown East. That place is really horrible I dunnoe why people like to book chalets there, With such a small room that has no space to walk around, and also the bbq pits all packed together! Its like u are bbqing your food, and someone's bbqing your butt! DUH! Nevertheless, we managed to survive throughout the whole event (packed with all my aunties gossipings and young little cousins running around the whole damn chalet!) and went back to my place for sleepover.

Followed on Sunday, we had ktv session with my SSTG! Did lotsa catching up, crack jokes, gossiping and of course preparing Eileen's "surprise" birthday celebration! Its almost the same stunt as Stephy Dear's birthday, but the pple there are less ONZ. and I dunno y Eileen dont seem to be surprised at all. Haha, talk about anti-climax. -_-"

Dinner at Pastamania... normal meal, had some coffee @ Starbucks then off we went to Mt Faber to look at the World's Tallest ARTIFICIAL Xmas Tree! bwahahaa corny sia... Ok, so we reached there at about 945pm... we were lucky to be able to find a parking lot! *Woohoo* so off we go to the viewing place... The breeze was cooling, and the night view of Singapore was great. While waiting for the thing to start, I'm glad i was accompanied by Xmas carols, flashing lights on the trees and of cos, sweet nothings from Eggs. *cheeky grin*

So the clock strikes 10, and POP POP POP! Fireworks started! Hehe... it was great, but its really too short! But of cos its understandable la... its a daily event leh...imagine if they put fireworks for 5 minutes daily, i think by the end of Xmas, Mt Faber management have to declare bankrupt liao... Arghhh I'll be having pedicure with JIVAS tmr! So excited!!! cant wait for our xmas celebration!!! *pulls hair*

The worst ktv session

Today's dinner treat from Shan was awesome! We ate at Phin's Steakhouse before meeting the peeps at Partyworld@HelloSingtel. Sizzling hotplate Ladies-cut Sirloin Steak with mushroom sauce for me, and grilled chicken with asparagus for Shan. Nice! Lots of chatting and gossiping... I'm just so glad that I met her. She's a great friend. Even though we meet up maybe once every 3 months, we still have lots of things to talk and feel close to each other. Once we see each other, the 3 8 mode automatically start! Haha

I'm happy cos she loves the pressie i bought for her, she likes the uniqueness of being able to mix n match the scents. Oh ya, finally passed her the earrings I bought for her when I went Bangkok in May this year. Yeah rite, after so much delay. =P So, after dinner, we went to meet Weirong, Terence & his gf for ktv. Oh man, this is the worst ktv group I've ever had. Its not Shan, I definitely have some crazy songs with her, but its just the anti climax atmosphere the other 3 peeps have. wahkao dont say liao...make me more angry...

Let me name the few ktv groups I have: Eggs, *inspired by Eve* SSTG (Sec Sch Tuition Grp), SSF(Sec Sch frenz), Far East gang, and definitely JIVAS! My favorite would CONFIRM GUARANTEE PLUS CHOP be JIVAS! followed by Eggs, SSF, then SSTG. While I was singing just now, i wanted to sing Missy Elliot's Work It. But i realise Stephy dear is not around, and the 3 peeps might think I'm mad. I wanted to sing Nicole Kidman's Something Stupid, but Eve dear is not around! Then, I wanted other songs, but the mood just doesnt seem to sink in! DUHHH I'm not gonna ktv with them anymore!!!

By the way, I got the latest news from Zhihui that I'm selected to represent Sing & Strum to perform for the concert @ Esplanade on 19th February 2006 (JIVAS - make sure u come!). Which means I'll be performing for Choir, Accapella, and Sing & Strum. Its supposed to be good news rite? but OMFG, I JUST REALISED HOW MUCH SONG LYRICS I HAVE TO MEMORISE!!! *smacks forehead*

Woke up later today...went to meet enen for lunch n to grab her Esprit members card. After lunch, its off to Bugis to grab shan's birthday gift! To my disappointment, theres nothing great there. so sad~

So bla bla bla, after shopping around, I decided on the mix & match perfume from Bodyshop. I'm soooo attracted to its rainbow colors and the casing. Nice! *big grin* Ok, so after that, came home to rot... surf net and i decided to get rid of the old layout! so sian of it! I love the current one hehe.

Went to Millenia Walk for carolling, I must say the management is stupid to let us perform at the New internal block. So few audiences! But nevertheless, we completed all 12 songs. Then off we go to Marche for dinner together! I ordered Rosti with Cheese sausage, topped with sourcream! OMG i love the cheese sausage! its so cheesy, nice, a bit salty though. Then the 5 of us shared fried calamari! *woohoo* damn nice. I STRONGLY recommend Fried Calamari from Marche!

Too bad, my choirmates were all camera-shy. =(

Just came back from dinner cum shopping cum coffee session with the Far east gang. Dinner was great @ Billy Bombers. Route 66, Alcatraz, B52, Yin&Yang, Cheese fries, Chocolate Coke & Coffee coke! Lots of catching up was done... and its so funny to see the live-walking band performing xmas songs while we eat. After paying up, all of us were allowed to pick up the xmas gift thingy, and i got a free cheese fries! Yay! shall go there next time to eat free cheese fries! *hiak hiak*


After that was shopping around for En's slippers that she's gonna wear at office. Tmr will be her first day of work at Paya Lebar, yes, 1 stop away from my home! *woohoo* I'll be meeting her for lunch and get her Esprit members card. Anyone wanna get discounted stuff at Esprit? Hehe


Oh back to the story, so after all the shopping, En n her beau had to go first, so Ade & Eddie & myself went to Starbucks @ Raffles city for a coffee session. We were chatting about our current jobs, chalets, our past, our future, and some funny-jokes-that-only-we-know. Ahhh I'm so happy! My secondary sch tuition group pals have just planned a ktv session followed by dinner on this coming sunday! *adds to event list* really happy to be able to catch up with them n have fun! hehe I really cherish all my friends around me...

ok, I'm lazy. Yup, once again I'm back to the blog-once-a-fortnight mood. I'm too lazy to blog about the ETP outing with the JIVAS as both Steph & Eve have blogged about it. =P


Yesterday I finally stopped procrastinating and went to BBDC for my Evaluation Test, and yes! I PASSED! now i must keep the fire in me alive and quickly proceed to take the Test! Please please let me pass the Test lah!! so that i wont feel discouraged and will move on to my driving lessons! GOD~ please let my learn-driving-process be smooth and fast!!! Once I pass driving, i will drive to school so that I can stay at home! no more hall!! yeah then i can get my puppy~~~ Mum promised me! =)


Sheesh.... time passes really fast lor.... the holidays are ending soon! I'm feeling the blues now~~ The people whom I'm supposed to meet up with are still busy to eat with me!! AHHHHH~

Shan - dinner & pressie exchange?
JIVAS - pedicure? dress-hunting session?

P.s: Giving away free hammies! Both pudding + sapphire breed. This one in the pic (sorry for the lousy quality, I'm using my bro's cam!) is born on 22nd November 2005. Still a young baby =) Very strong survival will. Another one is the Mummy Hammy. Cannot remember the birthdate but its during August... Any takers?

Just finished sending the ETP pics to Steph, I shall blog about our ETP later when i get home.... now gonna bathe and make up! I'm actually looking forward to the carolling session later cos my baby n his sis are coming to support me! bwahaha! "Deck the hall with boughs of holly! FA LA LA LA LA FA LA LA LA"


After carolling, we'll be heading to m:industrie to get his sis the mickey sandals! I like those actually, but kinda too young for me liao...We will then head to his dad's restaurant to celebrate his Bro n Sis's birthdays! Their birthdays are quite close actually....

A Terrific Day

Another terrific and crazy day spent with the Jivas! Filled with laughter and craziness. Omg we were like mad women bullying little kids! Shall blog more about it soon! Have to go for my beauty sleep and to prepare for tmr's carolling session. Paragon 2pm!!! =)

I'm so sick

Hai I'm dying! I'm so sick now... last nite's temperature was 38.5 and i having irritating running nose and a super duper terrible sore throat. Gulped 2 panadol tablets and drank lots of Pi Pa Gao, ate lots of strepsils. But it dont seem to help...


I felt as if there were millions spikes in my throat, and each time i swallow my saliva.... omg.... die off better. My voice is totally different now and i'm still having running nose. Shucks big time!


How do I scream during ETP with the girls? How do I sing during my carolling sessions? Fug it.
